Enrique is a designer who received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering for the University of Utah and an Associates of Energy Management from Salt Lake Community College. He is a LEED Green Associate and is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers. He has over 5 years experience in the Energy Efficiency Engineering field specializing in energy modeling, and has experience conducting energy audits, lighting audits, and building commissioning. He currently teaches as an adjunct instructor in the Energy Management program at the Salt Lake Community College teaching the building energy modeling course. He is also a member of the local USGBC Market advisory board. Enrique is very passionate about sustainability and is eager to continue his efforts using his past experience and focusing on progressing civil infrastructure sustainability.
When not in the office, Enrique also enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on progressing the USGBC green homes tour which he helps put together every year, working on projects at home, hunting, traveling, and experiencing other cultures.
